This policy explains what Cosaas Infotech ("CoSaaS", "we") collects on this website and how it is used.
What we collect
When you submit a form, we receive the details you enter: name, company, contact details and your message or answers. The site is hosted on Netlify, which also receives form submissions for us. Standard server logs record IP address, browser and pages visited.
How we use it
To reply to you, to assess whether we can help, and to send you material you have asked for. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing. If you apply for a role, your application is kept for twelve months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Client data
Operational data shared during an engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement. By default it stays within the client's own infrastructure, is minimised to what the project needs, and is not used to train anything for anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no marketing cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics, it will be stated here.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@cosaasai.com. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
