CoSaaS is an AI and machine learning consultancy for business operations. We work with manufacturing companies, service providers, educational institutions and growing businesses, mostly in India, to turn existing operational data into useful intelligence. No unnecessary technology, no transformation programs.
Why we started
Our founding team spent more than a decade building and operating production systems: learning platforms used by tens of thousands of people every day, operational software for businesses, and the infrastructure underneath them. In every organisation we worked with, the same thing was true. Years of careful records, and nobody with the time or the tools to read them as a whole.
The businesses that asked for help were offered one of two things: an expensive transformation program, or an off-the-shelf AI tool that did not know their process. Neither fitted a 300-person plant or a regional service company. CoSaaS was formed to do the practical middle thing: understand the process, assess the data honestly, and build only what the data supports.
How we think
Your existing data first
We start with what you already collect: ERP logs, machine readings, registers, CRM, spreadsheets. New sensors and new software come only when the existing data cannot answer the question.
Scoped engagements, defined outcomes
Every project has a fixed phase, a fixed duration and a measurable result at the end of it. You decide whether to continue at each gate.
Deployed in your environment
Systems run on your servers or your cloud account. Source code is handed over. There is no platform to subscribe to and nothing that stops working if we part ways.
No unnecessary technology
If a report or a rule solves the problem, we build the report or the rule. Machine learning is used where it earns its place, and we will say so when it does not.
