How the team works
Every engagement has a named engineering lead who goes to the site. Engineers see the floor, the planner, the counsellor, and the register, not only the database. Most work is remote between visits.
We prefer boring, well-supported tools, write runbooks for people with an hour a week, and ship rules when rules are enough. If you want to build models for their own sake, this is the wrong place; if you want them to be used, it may be the right one.
