Data readiness assessment
Before anyone commits to a pilot, we find out whether your data can support it. You get a scorecard, a verdict and a priced proposal, or a plain reason why not.
What we look at
| Sources | Which systems hold the relevant records, and whether we can get at them. |
| Quality | Missing values, inconsistent codes, duplicated masters, human entry patterns. |
| Linkage | Whether records from different systems can be joined on a reliable key. |
| Volume and history | Enough events, over enough time, to support the claim. |
| Ownership | Who on your side will own the data and the system after we leave. |
What you receive
- A readiness scorecard: each data source rated on the five points above.
- One of three verdicts: go, fix-first (with the fix plan and its cost), or no-go.
- If go: a scoped pilot proposal with duration, team, price and the number we will measure.
- A short walkthrough with your leadership and your IT lead.
Price
A fixed fee, agreed before we start. It is credited against the pilot if you proceed within three months.

We share a redacted sample report on request, so you can see the scorecard and the verdict format before you commit. Ask for a sample
Some assessments end in fix-first, and a few end in no-go. We would rather tell you that in week two than in month four.
